Home Description:
Our week-ender condo offers huge heated pool & Jacuzzi with
ample lounges and barbecues, just around the corner from our ground-floor
unit. Lovely desert decor, mostly new furnishings. P.S. has the
best weather in the world fall, winter and spring--but watch out
for summer's triple-digets!
We are experienced traders with good times behind us. No smoking or pets please, here. No car exchange possible but rentals available in town. Easy drive to Los Angeles or San Diego diversions for the day.
We are retired age-60 social worker, and writer who will never retire. We take good care of our properties and will do the same with yours.
The Area:
Palm Springs desert region is bursting with fun activities in
the season. Wonderful restaurants abound within walking distance
of our condo. Idlewild nestles in the mountain above our city,
only an hour+ away, or the Tram carries you up the cliff in a
few minutes to play in the winter snow when temps are 80s below.
Most imaginable attributes in shopping or strolling fill the desert
avenues--this spot is a tourist mecca and deserves the title...Playground
of the Rich & Famous. The rest of us like it as well.

Our Preferred Destination:
We are open to suggestion but like Hawaii, Florida East Coast,
Massachusetts near Boston, Oregon coast, Arizona or Nevada. Europe
or Australia / New Zealand?
Dates of Exchange:
Does not have to be simultaneous time frame since this is 2nd
home. Want good seasonal considerations but quite flexible. Ours
is not available Jan.-March.
Who We Are:
Sandy & Ken are age 60 Christian retirees, with 40-yr-marriage.
