Home Description:
Neighborhood is five blocks from village center, a quiet neighborhood
with retired, mostly Christian people. The home built for guests
with each bedroom separate part of house each with full bath.
Area overlooking flowing creek is mostly windows, five sliding
glass doors. Garage is a large two car with ample work space.
Steps go down to the creek for swimming in summer, bonfire in
winter for roasting hot dogs. Living room has a charming Vermont
Casting wood stove for cheerful evening fire. Baby grand piano,
computer, printer, internet in master bdrm. All bdrms have TV
and phones. A full deck surrounds the back of house overlooking
oaks and creek.
Rogue River is 22 miles N. of Medford, a city of 60,000 and 7 miles S. of Grants Pass, city of 20,000. Portland is a four hour drive, San Francisco 6-7 hrs. Sacramento 5-6 hrs. Ashland is 40 miles S. world class Shakespeare theatre, university town. Lots of different theatre year round. Within 1-2 hours drive this area is surrounded by lakes rivers, including the world famous Crater Lake, deepest lake in the country.

Rogue River has about 12 churches, most are evangelical and non
denominational.

We do have a gentleman cat named Rambo, comes in and out. We would
need to discuss Rambo. We are non smokers, very sensitive to smoke
so would not want to include that activity.

Open to Italy, France, Greece, Israel, Mexico, S. America, Islands,
Possibly Arizona, Louisiana, Florida.
