Home Description:
We have a 3000 Sq.Ft., brick home w/ 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms,
huge screened patio containing Swimming pool, hot tub, pool table,
infra-red cooker. Home is in private community developed around
two lakes. Office has all electronics to keep in touch worldwide.
We are 40 minutes down the coast from Kennedy Space Center on
the treasure coast (named because of the number of Spanish ship
wrecks). Area features treasure diving, surfing, canoeing on the
Saint Johns River (hundreds of water bird species). We are one
hour from Disney, EPCOT, Sea World, MGM, Universal Studios. Shopping
is 5 minutes. We wish to exchange our Oldsmobile Van as well.
We have a full library (many hundreds of volumes).
The Area:
We are one hour drive from Disney World, EPCOT, Celebration City,
Sea World, MGM Studio, Universal Studio, Splended China, Medieval
Times. We are 20 minutes from Melbourne Beach, 30 minutes from
Vero Beach, 40 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Area things
to do include treasure diving (two dozen Spanish Wrecks off our
coast), Surfing, Canoeing the Saint Johns River source (hundreds
of species of water birds), wind surfing, charter fishing, bass
fishing across the street in our lake, Dodgers and Marlins Base
Ball Training Camp 20 minutes drive, King Center for the Performing
Arts, Chamber Music nights, Art Festivals, second largest Flea
Circus in Florida, Brevard Philharmonic, 20 theaters in 15 minutes
drive. Five golf courses close by. We are 5 minutes from our Church
fellowship Calvary Chapel, and 3 minutes from our ministry office.

Who We Are:
We founded and operate a ministry of 30,000 members who share
each others medical bills on a no profit basis. We operate in
50 states and 55 foreign nations. John has a PhD in Health Science
and Dona is a Registered Nurse. We are pushing 60 and our four
kids are grown and out of the nest.
