Home Description:
The house is set on 1/4 acre and has lovely natural bush gardens,
a large horse shoe driveway. It has natural bush views, only 13
homes in this area, very close to train (7 minutes walk) 15 minutes
walk to shops. Handy to all tourist sites and walks in the Blue
Mountains.
The Area:
The area has its own township called Springwood which has everything
you need. Including two small grocery stores and many other interesting
shops. It is close to the main highway which connects to Sydney
(only 1 1/2 hours drive) only 1/2 an hour's drive from Leura/Katoomba
where all the walks, lookouts and sites are located and many fine
restaurants, cafes.
Other Particulars:
We have a small Mazda 323 very reliable car that may be available
also. We have a very strict no smoking policy and definitely no
pets.

Who We Are:
Hi my name is Liz & my husband's Hudson, we have been married
for 11 years and currently have no children; my elderly mother
lives in an apartment downstairs, which is completely separate.
We have been Christians for 15 years + and attend Penrith Christian
Life Centre where we are actively involved, my husband in the
children's ministry, myself in outreach work. Hudson is 34 years
and I am 32 years.
