The Area:
- very quiet (one of Paris' "quartiers tranquilles")
- near "Place de la Bastille", "Bois de Vincennes", and François Miterrand "Très Grande Bibliothèque" (National library)
- great food shopping
- easy public transportation: numerous buses, 5 minutes walk/1 subway station to "Place de la Nation"

Other Particulars:
- We don't smoke and prefer no smokers in the apartment
- We can exchange an air-conditioned car (Renault Twingo) against a similar one
- We don't have pets and prefer no pets in the apartment
