Home Description:
We have a lovely, 5 year old home in an executive area within very close proximity to Disney (Lake Buena Vista), Sea World, and Universal. There is a community pool, tennis and basketball courts. Our home has 3 nice sized bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, and 2 living areas. We have a computer, big-screen TV in a large open family room, lovely master suite with bath, and nice furnishings. Children are welcome if well behaved. We are non-smokers with no pets and prefer non-smokers. We could arrange a car exchange if desired with proper insurance.
The Area:
We are 12 miles from the Orlando airport, and very central to
all the attractions here in Orlando. The beaches both to the east
and west are only 1 hour each way. We have tennis and swimming
in our neighborhood and other sports activities close by such
as jetskiing and parasailing, and many golf courses.
Other Particulars:
Auto could be available for exchange. We have a 91 mercedes and
a 95 Ford Explorer. We have a computer, VCR, covered patio with
chairs for lounging. We have no pets and no smoking is allowed
inside the house due to allergies.

Who We Are:
Nancy is a high school teacher, who is currently taking a sabbatical,
and Steve is a Programmer-Consultant with his own small company.
We have 6 grown children, 1-3 who occasionally travel with us.
We are Christian, non-smokers, who love to missions work. We have
2 children who are still in college, and 4 grandchildren, but
we are remarkable young, if I say so myself!
