We have a beautiful home on 5 rolling acres 30 minutes from Portland.
The house is 6 years old and was custom designed and built by
us. It has a spacious kitchen with all the modern amenities. A
very large great room with fireplace and six ceiling to floor
picture windows with a view of Mt. Hood. Two floors with 5 bedrooms
and game room upstairs. Master bedroom on ground floor with large
bath, shower and sunken jacuzzi tub. Outdoos includes large yard,
hot tub, gardens and barn. Brooks road is a rural country road
suitable for biking and walks. The area is situated near Portland
and one hour from alpine meadows. A nice two hour drive to the
ocean.
The Area:
The Portland area offers a world class zoo, forest park, opera,
the Trailblazers and fine dining. Outdoor activities are endless
from hiking to rafting and sking
Other Particulars:
We would be willing to exchange autos as well. A 1999 Ford Expedition
and a 1999 Volvo wagon.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets.
Our Preferred Destination:
We want to travel to the Washington DC area.
