Home Description:
Our home is a 2600 square foot walk-out rambler on secluded star
lake. It is located approximately 70 miles from Minneapolis International
Airport. The house includes 6 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 4
full-size beds) with a loft that can sleep an additional 4-6 people.
Ammenities include 6 person hot tub, jacuzzi tub, 3 bathrooms,
pool table, 60" big screen tv with satellite dish, outdoor
fire pit, indoor fireplace, and canoe. A full size deck wraps
around the back of the home. Our home sits on the highest point
on the lake with full windows overlooking the lake. The lake is
suitable for swimming, fishing, and watersports. We also own a
2 bdrm/2 bathroom condo within 5 minutes of the airport and the
Mall of America that may be included in the exchange.
The Area:
Our lake home is 5 miles from litchfield, a small community of
6,000 people. There you will find grocery shopping and restaurants.
There is also an 18 hole golf course and many lakes in the surrounding
area. For the winter lovers, there are 300 miles of state groomed
snowmobile trails. It is located 70 miles (1 1/2 hours travel
time) from Minneapolis Airport and the Mall of America. Minneapolis
has much to offer from shopping, plays/dinner theaters, art and
science museums, zoos, recreational parks, sporting events, and
much more. The weather varies from -30f to 40f in the winter months
to 60f-90f in the summer months. Recomended winter activities:
snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing, relaxing by the fire and watching
movies. Recomended summer activities: swimming, fishing, golfing,
hiking, outdoor sports, and sitting by the campfire. This is a
great place for a retreat!

Who We Are:
My name is Michelle, 27. My husband is Rob, 28. We own a mortgage
brokerage in Minneapolis. We spend our free time with our Bible
study group, at our cabin relaxing, with our families, or reading.
We have no children and two cocker spaniels (who think they're
children), Barney and Bailey.
