Home Description:
Home is on a private lot on a small private right of way to the
safes swimming beach. There is a bright airy upstairs family room,
an outside sunning/lounging deck. Plenty of room for a couple.
Newly renovated kitchen. 2 tv's and video recorders. Internet
access. A car may be available to exchange. Fully carpeted. King
size bed, one and a half baths.
The Area:
We are located 12 miles (half an hour's drive) from metro Honolulu
or Waikiki and about 5 minutes from Kailua town...ample shopping
and recreational facilities, movies, concerts, restaurants, etc.
The 1 1/2 mile white sand beach is spectacular. On quiet nites
you can hear the surf from your bedrooom. This is one of the most
preferred suburban areas in all Hawaii...a bit of "country'
yet near everything. A vacation you won't forget. Sightsee all
of the island from this location.
Other Particulars:
No pets, no smoking in the house, please. We are non-smokers,
and non-drinkers. Adults, only, please.

Who We Are:
We are Warren and Carolyn, retired printing/advertising exec and
RN/housewife respectively. We are in our 60's, active and love
to travel. Warren is an oil painter and takes his painting equipment
on most trips. We are the parents of two grown offsprings and
grandparents. We do not travel w/them...just the two of us.
