Attractive Florida ranch style home, surrounded by large trees
in a quiet rural setting. Owner has many plants, including herbs
and orchids. There is one bedroom available, and a sofa-bed. Would
share single bath.
The Area:
House is in central Florida south of interstate 4 and west of
US 27. It is approximately 100 miles to Clearwater Beach and Cocoa
Beach. It is 30 miles to Orlando attractions (Disney World, Universal
Studios) Busch Gardens is in Tampa, about 50 miles away. Nearby
Cypress Gardens is famous for water ski shows and lovely gardens.
There are hundreds of lakes nearby, boat rentals are readily available.
There are numerous churches available, large and small.
Other Particulars:
I have a computer, e-mail available. I have an extra VCR and CD
player. Non smoking home. I have a five foot fence surrounding
an acre for pets, but not inside. Quiet pet might stay in the
attached garage.

is near West Palm Beach, FL or Florida Keys. I have an extra set
of diving gear.
