Cedarpines Park: Secluded mountain home on 1/2 acre in a thick forest of pines and dogwoods.
Home Description:
Our home is a 1200 square foot newly-built cabin located in Cedarpines
Park, California which is about 8 miles west of Lake Arrowhead.
We have 2 large bedrooms, 1 bath, fireplace, knotty pine interior,
and a large deck. The home is in a secluded mountain area at about
5200 feet elevation. It is a wonderful place to get away and relax.
The cabin is situated on 1/2 acre with a thick forest of pines,and
dogwoods. There are no buildings behind or on either side, and
only one cabin across the street. This is very secluded and peaceful.
There is 1 double bed, 2 singles, and 1 bunk bed. There are many
large windows with good views of the forest.
The nearby towns of Lake Gregory (10 minutes) and Lake Arrowhead (20 minutes) have shopping, fishing, bowling, ice skating, and plenty of places to eat.
The Area:
Our home is 2 hours drive from Los Angeles, Disneyland, and other
California attractions.
Other Particulars:
Use of car is possible. Smoking outside only.
Our Preferred Destination:
Summer- Califonia beachfront 1 week. Otherwise open.
Dates of Exchange:
Open. This is our second home, so the exchange need not be simultaneous.
Who We Are:
My name is Karl and I am a chief financial officer for a manufacturing

11 and 8.
