Home Description:
Our home is about 10 years old and has open-style planning with
slate floors through the kitchen and dining areas. There is a
formal lounge, office with computer and a games room area which
has a pot-belly stove. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which contains
a cot. The main bedroom has an en-suite. The house has ducted
air conditioning. The gardens are reticulated, self watering and
contain numerous native plant species which attract many different
bird species including honeyeaters and parrots.
The Area:
Bibra Lake is a quiet suburb centred on a large freshwater lake
in Perth's southern suburbs. We are about 10 minutes drive from
both Perth and Fremantle. Cycle paths in the area are excellent.
We are close to shops and Lakeside Baptist church is a short walk
around the corner.
Other Particulars:
We have 3 bicycles and a car available for exchange if necessary.
TV, video, computing and internet access are also available. Pets
are welcome. Our house is a smoke free zone.
Our Preferred Destination:
US, preferably Texas (preferably Bran or College Station) or Sacramento.

December to Feb.
Who We Are:
Sharanne and I (Shane) are professionals and we have a 2 year
old son Lachlan.
