The Area:
Boca Raton is located half way between Ft. Lauderdale and Palm
Beach. Known world-wide as a high end beach resort area with the
famous 5 star hotel - Boca Raton Hotel. Family friendly area with
the most beautiful parks on the beaches you can find in south
Florida. Take day trips to Naples, Miami or the Florida Keys or
just hang out by our private pool or drive 5 minutes to the beach.
Lots of golfing, fishing, boating and attractions near by.
Our neighborhood is a strong family area in Boca with beautiful
homes and a large ocean access canal that borders the
neighborhood. The neighbors all have children and are very freindly.
Other Particulars:
We have 2 cars to exchange as well as being able to use our bicycles,
tennis raquets, etc. The house has every modern convenience from
VCR, microwave and dishwasher. We are not smokers and do not allow
smoking in the house. We have no pets (except a small bird).
Our Preferred Destination:
Mountains for skiing in the winter and open to suggestions any
other time of year.
Dates of Exchange:
1-2 weeks anytime except holidays. We don't like to fight the
crowds and the airlines during holidays.
We home school so our times are fairly flexible.
Who We Are:
I am a 37 year old manager of a tile and stone import/distribution
company. My wife is a full time mom and teacher of our two beautiful
daughters age 6 and 4. We are experienced exchangers having completed
3 very successful exchanges so far. We are both committed Christians
for 15 years and very actively involved in our local church, Calvary
Chapel Ft. Lauderdale. Our commitment to the Lord and our family
are our highest priorities and we believe our home reflects that!
