Cork: Four bedroomed detached house on its own grounds

Home Description:
The house is over one hundred and fifty years old and has great charm. It is an impossing house with a long driveway up to it. It has two floors. It has four bedrooms in use, two reception rooms, kitchen and scullery. There are WCs on both floors of the house and a bathroom on the first floor. There are fireplaces in both reception rooms. There is oil fired central heating in the house. There is a big garden, about 1 acre.

The Area:
The house is a mile and half from the very centre of Cork City. It is in walking distance of shops, supermarkets, churches etc. Across the road is a park. Buses come in and out the road regularly. There is plenty of car parking around the house. The area is residential with families priamrily living in the area. (No apt or flat land). There are local bars about half a mile away. Also major roads are also about a half a mile away.

Other Particulars:
The house is well furnished with all that one expects, including dish washer, washing machine, VCR, microwave etc. We are non smokers ourselves, but we are not anti-smoking in the house. There are sliding doors from the kitchen leading to a patio for BQs. THere is a gent bike available if requested. We have six beehives in a remote part of the garden, which should not create a problem. About half of the garden is a lawn and the other half is semi wild. It is in the middle of this that the beehives are. We will have someone to look after the bees and the garden on occassions.
