New Port Richey: Nice 2 bedroom/2bath home with florida room on beautiful lake.
Home Description:
Our weekend home is a two bedroom/ two bath cottage with central
heat and air. We do not live there- we only stay there every so
often. We have a newly added florida room with TV, VCR, stereo,
etc. Bedrooms comfortably sleep four and we have two davenports
in the living room and the florida room which fold out into beds.
We have a rowboat and a (75 HP) bass boat and skis and hyrdoslides
if you are into that sort of thing. Of course we have a full kitchen
with everything you would need as well as washer and dryer.
The Area:
New Port Richey is right on the Gulf of Mexico. Small secluded
beaches are within 15 minutes from the house with beautiful Clearwater
Beach only 30 minutes away. Tampa and its international airport
located about 40 minutes away. Tampa offers many great sports
teams, like the Buccaneers (NFL), Lightning (Ice Hockey) and Mutiny
Soccer. Great theme parks like Adventure Island and Busch Gardens
are abundant in central Florida, not to mention Disney, Seaworld,
and Universal Studios located just an hour and 45 minutes away!
There are literally hundreds of golf courses within a hundred
miles. Of course there are dozens of churches within 20 minutes
driving distance.
Other Particulars:
There is a good possiblity of car exchage. Pets and children are
welcome in the house, however NO SMOKING in the house or car!
Our Preferred Destination:
Anywhere in Europe, Israel, or Central/South America. Alaska Too.
However, we are flexible and are open to any suggestions.
Dates of Exchange:
Open for short trips during major holidays and longer extended
periods during the summer. We also have a possible rental house
on the same lake that is less that three years old and is the
same size as the other house (unfurnished) that we could rent
out indefinitely.
Who We Are:
My name is Shawn and I am a 23 year old student. My Father (RAY)
is a minister and my mother (ELAINE) is a teacher. The house belongs
to my aunt (LORRAINE) but I handle the business side. We have
a Sheltie named Kippen. We live and attend church in St. Petersburg,
FL which is an hour south of New Port Richey.
