There are 3 bedrooms and a 4 piece bath on the main floor and
further accommodation for sleeping in the large basement rec room.
The kitchen is new and well equipped with all appliances and utensils.
There is a dining room which will seat 9. The living room has
a TV and VCR. The main floor is carpeted and tiled. The basement
has a washroom, laundry & family room with pullout couch,
TV, VCR, and fireplace.
The Area:
Our home is located 100' from quiet Carthew Bay. It is busy with
holiday visitors on summer weekends but paradise otherwise. The
swimming is good in summer and skating, snowmobiling, skiing and
ice fishing are available in winter. Neighbours are wonderful!
Orillia and Barrie have many parks for swimmers and boaters as
well as craft and music festivals. Toronto is a 90 min drive,
Muskoka 30 min., Niagara Falls about 3 hours. Many golf courses.
Other Particulars:
Car exchange possible with suitable approval. Non smoking house.
We have a dog but wouldn't leave him there. Attached double garage,
picnic table, computer, cable TV, VCRs, fireplace, 2 bikes, variety
of ski equipment, treadmill, possible use of boat, BBQ.
Our Preferred Destination:
Britain, someplace warm in winter, open to suggestions.

Who We Are:
Lonnie is a retired teacher. Bob is self employed in software
testing. Both are active in their parish church where Bob is an
ordained deacon. They have two grown sons and two grandchildren.
They are avid gardeners and like to attract and watch the many
varieties of birds that visit and live in the area. Bob and Lonnie
have a wonderful dog, "Skye", who visits family when
they are away.
