Home Description:
We have a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home with pool and spa in
a secure community near shopping, the beaches and downtown Sarasota,
Florida. This is a larger than average home with approximately
3400 sq. ft. of air conditioned and heated living space. The first
level has the living room, dining room, master bedroom, with large
ensuite bath; 2 other bedrooms with baths; spacious fully equipped
gourmet kitchen; office/den with fax, copier, printer; family
room with fireplace and entertainment/music center; laundry room
with washer and dryer; 3 car garage. There is a second story level
which has another office/den, recreation room with entertainment
center, TV/VCR, outdoor balcony overlooking the preserve and wooded
area. The pool area has two covered porches, Roman style pool
and spa; is caged (screened). There is a barbecue grill (6 burner
gourmet style) with central gas connection; outdoor table seating
6 (or more), plus pool lounge and chair furniture. Communications
equipment available include two phone lines plus cable service
for high speed internet access. We offer our car for exchange
too. We are about 15 minutes from the Sarasota International Airport
and 1 hour from the Tampa International Airport. The world famous
Siesta Key beaches are about 30 minutes. We accept only non-smokers

Open for adventure we are a professional couple in our early fifties
and welcome your exchange proposals. Some of our interests are:
Golf, Walking, Hiking, Sailing, Cooking and Traveling. We have
had several successful exchanges.
The Area:
We are about 15 minutes from the Sarasota International Airport
and 1 hour from the Tampa International Airport. The world famous
Siesta Key beaches are about 30 minutes. Ringling Museum, Jungle
Gardens, good theater, many golf courses, tennis, fitness trails
etc. are within a 5 to 30 minute drive. Disney World, Epcot, Universal
Studios and all other Orlando attractions are just 1 1/2 hrs by
car. We are in a safe area with many friendly neighbors. The community
has a large lake and nice area to walk about.
Other Particulars:
We allow only non-smoking and no pets because of allergies. We
have a Toyota Camry for exchange so that you do not have to rent
a car. We ask that you fill the gas tank before leaving. It has
air conditioning, is clean and well maintained. You have the availability
of a phone however all long distance calls must be made by phone
card. We ask that you either clean and change linens out, etc.
or have a cleaning team come in when you leave. There are bicycles
in the garage for your use. Our house is very livable and clean.
Our Preferred Destination:
We are open for adventure so tempt us! Some of our wantagos are
Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada,
and any where in the USA. We like most exchanges to be 1 to 4
weeks.
