Home Description:
I would like to exchange my home, which is a conversion flat with
one bedroom. It is a large flat for this area, with a big lounge,
dining room, 1 bedroom,1 bathroom, a garden, double garage and
off road parking. It is situated in a pleasant and friendly road,
very close to the common, local shops and the church. It is centrally
heated and has a TV, video, washing machine and microwave.
The Area:
It is ideally situated between London and Kent. It takes about
half an hour to travel into the centre of London and one hour
to reach the Kent coast. Locally it is close to shops, a post
office and the local hospital. A large pool and leisure complex
can be reached in 10 minutes. There is a wide variety of cinemas
and theatres within 15-20 minutes travelling. It takes 20 minutes
to reach the historical town of Greenwich which has many historical
attractions.
Other Particulars:
I would be willing to exchange my car, the house has no pets and
is a no smoking Zone. This would ideally suit a single person
or a couple. Children are welcome and toys could be made available.

U.S.A. (any part) Canada, Australia or New Zealand.

2-4 weeks in July-August
