Home Description:
10 year home, with large trees, beautiful water view, with 2 usable
bedrooms, computer, comfortable setting, garage for one car, have
wife's sister living in house, but not interfereing with guest,
2 tv's, 2 living areas and dining area, master bedroom has king
sized bed, with TV, and large picture window to view water at
rear of property, master bath has jacuzzi and large shower, other
bath has large shower bath, private to twin beds. Rear yard has
a deck, with place to eat if desired, gas barbeque on rear porch
for cook-outs, paddle boat in yard, to ride on water from yard.
We have a yard man that mows the lawn, some watering done by sister
in law, and grandson.
A very relaxing setting in the beautiful Texas hill country. Many very good churches nearby, deer run through neighborhood, birds in trees in rear yard, no pets please.
The Area:
Round Rock is between San Antonio
and Dallas, north of Austin, the state capitol of Texas. Many
attractions here, a great museum with an I Max theater, many live
theater and entertainment attractions, 3 large shopping malls,
restaurants galore, San Antonio has river walk which is very attractive,
and 2 large amusement parks, which are about 90 miles from us,
Austin International Airport is 25 miles from us, with most major
airlines included.
Other Particulars:
We do not want smoking in our home, and would prefer adults. Our
car can be available, unless the exchange is in the US. There
is a beautiful new golf course opening up soon within 2 miles
of our home.

if possible.
Who We Are:
We are Don and Virginia, married 48 years, have 4 married children
and 11 grandchildren. All serving the Lord, and a very happy family.
Active in our church, and spend much time travelling with time
at our children's homes, which are scattered around the US. We
do not smoke, enjoy antiques and travelling, and walking.
