Home Description:
4 bedrooms, sunken living room, dining room, kitchen, large basement
with pool table, garage, extra shed for storage, large outdoor
deck with hot tub, large lawn with lots of shade and trees, shrubs,
close to shopping malls in the city of St. Catharines.
The Area:
There are local beaches and parks in and around the St. Catharines
area as well as the Niagara Falls area which is a half hour drive
from here, Marine land in the Niagara area, the African Lion Safari
about one hour's drive from here, beaches and parks along Lake
Erie, the Niagara Parkway which is very beautiful as well as Niagara
on the Lake a very quaint town, and the city of Toronto about
one hour's drive with the famous C N tower (second tallest sructure
in the world)
Other Particulars:
Availablity of exchange for a car, a Toyota Camry, bicycles, VCR,
patio. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. House should be
left clean and in order the way it was when you came, as well
as the patio and the hot tub. The hot tub should not be turned
up beyond 92 degrees Fahrenheit. Bicycles should be stored in
the shed and locked up at night. The car should be stored in the
garage at night with the garage door closed and the car locked.
The house should be locked at night or when going out.
This house also has a in-law suite that is rented out to a tenant. The tenant will look after his or her in-law suite and keep it locked at night or when going to work.
Fish in the fish tank(s) will have to be fed. We will leave instructions how and when and what amount to feed them.

British Columbia in Canada

Who We Are:
We are a retired couple,(retired dairy and poultry) our names
are John and Connie, we belong to the Canadian Reformed Church
here in Jordan, a village 5 minutes away, where we worship every
Sunday.
There are many churches in this area that have a Reformed history and background as well as the mainline churches. Grocery stores and other shopping facilities are close by.
This is an area with many fruit trees and vineyards, we have a three acre peach orchard in our backyard that is rented out to a local fruit farmer. All our neighbors are in the fruit tree or nursery business. We are close to the Queen Elizabeth Way, a main highway that will take you to any place you want to go.
