Home Description:
The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean forest, in front of
the patio there is a lawn and it has a wonderful view on the
gulfs of Olbia and
Aranci.The furniture is in wood like the typical houses in esmerald
Coast.
The house has got two bedrooms - a double one and a smaller
one with 3 beds ( one is conformable a folding-bed) - a sitting
room in which there are other 2 beds so to have a total of 6/7
beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a patio, a garden, an outside shower

The Area:
Our lovely holiday house is in Olbia - Sardinia. You can visit
many sites:
The nearest beach is Pittulongu but you can change beach
every day and more because they are innumerable and close by.
It only takes a 15-minute-walk to reach the beach and the incredibly
clean sea of Sardinia ( two minutes if you drive). The Esmerald
coast is only at a 20-minute a drive. Esmerald coast is famous
for international vip traffic. Boat rental in any dimension is
avaiable. Olbia has got a port and an airport. You can reach
rome by ship ( 3 hours and a half) or by plane ( 35 minute).
Corsica is only 30 minutes drive plus 30 minutes by ferry-boat.
Sardinia offers very interesting and charming landscapes and
archeological sites to visit. It is possible to practice many
sports such as tennis, windsurfing, horseriding, swimming, walking
etc. You can choose entertainments (such as discos, restaurants,
nightclub) or culture or only nature and quiet.
Other Particulars:
We aren't smokers and we haven't pets but we accept these possibility
in our house
Our car, monovolume seat-Alambra (7 seats ) is available
to exchange.
We have a lot of friends and relatives there, who will be
glad to help you at any time. If you like, someone can meet you
at the airport and drive you to the house.
The exchange can be not contemporaneous because the villa
is free almost always.
