Home Description:
We have a modern 2400 square foot home (four bed, three bath)
in a very nice, comfortable, safe neighborhood, and have a pool
and hot tub. We have a very mild female Golden Retriever named
Lyndzi and a friendly male cat named Hamilton. We also have high
speed internet (cable modem).
We have leather couches, a treadmill, DVD player, cable TV, and VCRs.
The Area:
Our home is located 30 minutes from Six Flags Magic Mountain,
Malibu, Santa Monica, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Pasadena and
Beverly Hills. We are only an hour from Disneyland, California
Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm, Crystal Cathedral, and Santa Barbara.

Other Particulars:
Ours is a non-smoking home with a king sized bed, a double bed,
and two twin beds. Bicycles and golf clubs are available. A car
(Toyota Camry or Ford Aerostar Van) can be arranged for your use.
A YMCA is less than five minutes away in the gorgeous new community of Porter Ranch. The best restaurants in the world are here!
