the entry and kitchen and carpeting in the rest of the living

The Area:
Sunny and warm all year around and a golf Mecca. Our home is
in a very quiet, nice, modern neighborhood with friendly neighbors,
just 5 minutes from major shopping centers, theatres, countless
restaurants, and one-mile from the freeway that connects to everything.
An easy half hour drive to the Phoenix airport, close to fashionable
Scottsdale, 15-minute drive to Saguro Lake and marina with boat
rentals, 4.5 hour drive to Mexico, 6 hour drive to the Grand Canyon,
7 hour drive to Los Angeles and California coast. For a great

Other Particulars:
We would be glad to make our Cadillac sedan available for a vehicle
exchange. In addition to washer and dryer, two TVs, VCR, DVD,
and three music systems, there is a natural gas grill for outside
BBQ, a natural gas fireplace (just flip a switch for a no mess,
no fuss romantic fire) and pool table in the family room, and
a computer is available for Internet access. Master bedroom has
a latex foam king-sized bed, sofa, TV, large walk-in closet, private
lavatory, and separate shower and bath. We are only interested
in a non-smoking, no-pets, no-children exchange.
Our Preferred Destination:
England, Tahiti, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Michigan, Tennessee, Washington
State, Washington DC, New England, plus we are open to consider
other offers.
Dates of Exchange:
First choice August or September of 2003 for England, plus open
to consider other dates and locations in 2004.
Who We Are:
We (Joe and Patti) are enthusiastic Christians with three children
who are out of the nest. Our daughter is in the Air Force and
based in England, so we are looking forward to visiting her there.
