Home Description:
We live in a one bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo with a porch, located
on the first floor of a two floor building. We have all the routine
appliances including a microwave. The condo complex is very quiet
and newly remodeled. It is well-shaded, beautifully landscaped,
and offers a very large outdoor swimming pool, game room with
pool and card tables, shuffleboard court, and library. A washer/dryer
is located on the second floor of the building. We are one mile
from the ocean near public transportation, restaurants, churches,
etc. No pets are permitted on the grounds.
The Area:
We are located one mile from the ocean and are near museums,libraries,
performing arts' centers, shopping malls, parks, and churches.
We attend Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, one mile from our condo.
Other Particulars:
An automobile exchange is offered. There is a Dell computer available
as well as a 25" colored television, VCR, stereo system and
large CD and video library and numerous board games. No smoking
or pets are permitted.

Dates of Exchange:
Any 2 weeks between June 27 and August 7. We are tied to summer
vacations due to Cindy's school job.
Who We Are:
We are "empty-nesters" with three grown children and
three grandchildren between us. (They live in Manhattan and Western
Tennessee). Richard, age 56, is a rural mail carrier and Cindy,
aged 59, is a secondary librarian in a large Christian school.
We enjoy teaching Sunday School, kayaking, reading, playing Scrabble,
hiking, and staying involved in our church, Coral Ridge Presbyterian.
