Spring: Neat & Clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1 story home
Home Description:
Our home is light and bright. It has a sunken living room with
berber carpeting, tile floors in entry way, bathrooms and kitchen.
There's a king size bed in one bedroom and a 4 poster queen size
select comfort in the other. The 3rd bedroom we use as a computer
room, but an air mattress could be used for children if need be.
We're 5 minutes from I-45 that runs from Galveston (on the Gulf of Mexico) up to Dallas. And only 15 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The Area:
Our home is in a modest neighborhood in beautiful Spring,
TX not more than 10 minutes away from 200 gift shops and restaurants
known as "Olde Town Spring". This tourist spot is beautifully
decorated for the holidays. We're only 20 minutes from The Woodlands
with it's world class golf and numerous malls and restaurants.
Then 30-40 minutes south of us is the metropolis of Houston with
all it has to offer in theater, restaurants, sports arenas, etc...
We're also 10 minutes away from Mercer Arboretum for any plant lovers. The visits there are totally free as is the enjoyment of Old Town Spring, so it could be a very economical vacation as well.
Other Particulars:
We're non-smokers but folks are welcome to smoke outside on front
porch. We can't allow pets as we're allergic to pet dander.
There is both a VCR and DVD player. Access to computer w/email
and CD player and stereo. One of our vehicles could be made available.
Our Preferred Destination:
Immediate need is to exchange w/someone in Central Ohio (around
Akron) Dec 13 - Jan 3. Other times San Antonio on weekends, or
England and Scotland, Europe
Dates of Exchange:
Dec 13, 2003 - January 3, 2004. Other times would have to be
checked out.
Who We Are:
My husband Roy Kelly Greene is 45 and I am 48. We have no children
and I work part-time for Pipeline Surveying company and Husband
is doing contract work in construction and pipeline surveying.
I like reading, bible study, movies. He loves college football
and hunting when gets opportunity.
