Home Description:
We have a large weatherboard home on the hills overlooking Christchurch. We also have a large reliable car which we can also swap. We wish to swap with someone in the Midlands of England, say Peak District, Shropshire, Cotswolds, etc. We have relatives in Sutton Coldfield and Meriden whom we wish to visit. Minimum swap should probably be for six weeks due to the distances involved. Our home is very comfortable, large garden, residential area. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms. Christchurch is well located for you to explore the South Island. Bear in mind the problem of seasons. NZ summer is UK winter. So any swap has to be Spring or Autumn. Or for say six months. All English Midland areas considered.
The Area:
Christchurch is called 'The Garden City". Excellent location for the South Island.
Other Particulars:
Car exchange, computer, etc. We do not smoke and prefer to swap with non smokers. We do not have any pets.
