Located in Redwoodtown, Blenheim, in quiet modern cul de sac almost next to reserve. Handy to beautiful Marlborough Sounds, twenty minutes flight to Wellington. Over 1 hours drive to awesome Nelson Lakes District, Kaikoura whalewatch, Nelson City, two ski fields in winter.
5 minutes drive to Witherhills walkways. Many winery restaurants and cafes. Great outdoor pursuits in region ... yachting, swimming, surfing, sale boarding, trout fishing, gold panning, water sports, ocean fishing, tramping and hiking, biking, horse riding, white water rafting, etc.
Blenheim is in the centre of New Zealand at the top of the South Island, so very handy for the rest of country.
