Home Description:
Our view from our deck of downtown Seattle, Lake Washington, Puget
Sound and the Olympic Mountains is breathtaking. We have a 4 bdrm.
split level home with one dedicated guest room and private bath.
The fireplace in our living room makes those wet, cold winter
nights warm and cozy. On the main floor, the view is the main
attraction, both day and night. We live on a cul-de-sac, which
makes it a friendly, quiet neighborhood, with great walking areas.
The Area:
We are in an ideal location in the Pacific Northwest that has
easy access to British Columbia (2 hours), the Oregon coast (2
hours), skiing, boating, fishing, ferries to the San Juan Islands
and the Canadian Gulf Islands, as well as very close (10 minutes)
to downtown Seattle. Our summers (sun shows up about beginning
of July and lasts through the first part of October) are dry,
bugless and unbeatable, with mild temperatures mid-high 80's.
Winters are famous for being gray, but not always as wet as one
has heard. But when it rains, it also means snow in the mountains
for some wonderful skiing.
Other Particulars:
A non-smoking home, no pets please (we have a 3 legged cat who
runs the place, and is very territorial when it comes to sharing
his home with other pets). Possible use of one of our vehicles,
if not needed for work.
Our Preferred Destination:
Europe, South America, New Zealand, Australia, South Pacific,
Israel and Scandanavian countries.

Who We Are:
We are Paul and Joann, and Quincy (our 3 legged cat). We both
work (for at least the next 3 years), but looking forward to retirement
and travelling abroad. We love to share our home with visitors,
and making new friends from those experiences. God has truly
blessed us with a beautiful home and neighborhood, and we want
to share them with you.
