Home Description:
Our home was built in the 1950's and is beautifully light and airy. It has a large kitchen, living room , sun room and play room. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a washing machine and dryer. There are computers with internet connections,a DVD and video player ,hifi and lots of toys. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with shower room and balcony overlooking the sea.There are 2 further double rooms,a single room and family bathroom.
The Area:
We live in a quiet residential area right opposite the sea.There are some historical towns nearby and the cities of Brighton and Portsmouth are less than 1 hour away. London is just over an hour by train. Behind our town lie the pretty south downs which are great for walking. Sailing, fishing horseridig and hiking are all close to hand.

Who We Are:
Andy has his own music technology business, Julia home schools our children 8, 6, and 4. We belong to an evangelical church in our town where Andy is part of the music group whilst Julia teaches Sunday school. We are new to house exchanges but keen to get started!
