Lots of birds and wildlife as racoons, chipmunks, deer, porcupines, squirrels (pine), skunks, bears, moose, elk, foxes & more around the valley, and in the yard. Yard is natural to the woods. My well water is great tasting. Large dinning room table to seat up to 10. Dishwasher, micowave oven, little grill over, barbque gas grill, bath off master bedroom is bathtub & shower, 2nd bath is shower, 1/2 bath downstairs. 2 storey house. Lots of parking off road.
The Area:
Forest of the Rocky Mountains. Winter Park Rec. ski area 6 miles with activites winter & summer. Many, many outdoor activities, Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park-30 minutes away. Lakes, streams, boating, fishing, hunting, shopping, gift shops, craft fairs, theaters, museums, library, music festivals. Just ask. Golfing, tennis, baseball, tours, much more, great resturants and several churches. Hundreds of miles of bike trails and hiking trails. This is a resort valley. We are over 8,500 ft. above sea level! Have 2 adult all terrain bikes, VCR, DVD, radio, TV (local stations as NBC, CBS, etc.) Fire pit outside, no smoking indoors, high fenced in back area that is xlg. with 3 dog houses. BarBQue gas grill.

Who We Are:
Widow with calm well behaved dog. Enjoy church activities and deepening my relationship with the Lord our God. Love to travel; photography is sometimes more than a hobby. Have family in Denver area. Grandkids keep me young. Like to camp, take hikes, ski and all the winter sports. Love the mountains, weather is dry in Colorado and I like it that way.
