The Area:
We are right on the border with Belgium and at very close distance you have the major Belgian cities like Antwerp, Ghent and Brugge. The landscape is flat but very picturesque with reclaimed land beautiful dikes and waterways. The area has a name for its restaurants and many shops. There are a number of churches within close distance.
Other Particulars:
We have an automobile available for exchange and 4 bikes, a VCR and DVD player, Internet access, etc. No pets and no smoking.
Our Preferred Destination:
Sweden, Norway, Ireland.
Dates of Exchange:
2 weeks between 16 July and 15 August
Who We Are:
We are a family of 5. Dad is 33 and works as a Sales Executive in Belgium and brings fruit home from home. Mum is 30 and has a shared job; one at home and 2 days a week as a Secretary with a local company. Our 3 children are the ages of 5, 3 and 1 and have got many toys, etc.
