Our home is a new bright raised bungalow situated in a quiet residential area. Upper level contains living and dining room, both carpeted, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom and full bathroom. There is a walk out to a large deck to the backyard overlooking conservation area. Lower level is bright with ten foot ceilings and has a recreation room with fireplace, bedroom, computer/bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room.

The Area:
Our home is located in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada with a beautiful view of Lake Ontario and is a forty-five minute driving distance east of the Toronto downtown core. Toronto is a multi-cultured international city with many attractions to suit all tastes and is renown for it's many festivals, exhibitions, the arts, museums, sporting events and shopping.

Close proximity to Toronto are other famous attractions such as Niagara Falls, 1 1/2 hour west, Canada's Wonderland, one hour north and many cottage country attractions in all directions. Winter affords much skiing, skating and snowmobiling with Summer offering boating, swimming, many golf courses as well as craft and music festivals.

Car exchange is possible with suitable approval. Non smoking home. All amenities are available, computer, satellite television, VCR, DVD and BBQ.

Cape Town, South Africa, British Isles, Europe and Canada's coastal provinces.

Who We Are:
Len is a retired transportation administrator; Linda is a retired Director of Communications. We are both early retirees in our late fifties. We are both active in various ministries in our church. Our five children and eleven grandchildren are located in various parts of Canada, but mainly in Ontario.
